The base of Canasta Rosso is Canasta, a sherry which has become a benchmark in its category; sweet and smooth, aged for 6 years in oak-wood casks within our wineries – aromatized with the very best selection of herbal notes in order to produce this exclusive Vermouth.
Type of grape: : Palomino and Pedro Ximénez.
Vineyards: Jerez Superior. Pago Balbaína and Carrascal.
Alcohol content: 15% abv.

Production: Vermouth obtained from Canasta sherry (sweet, smooth wine produced from a Pedro Ximénez aged together for six years in America oak-wood casks within the exclusive Solera and Criaderas ageing system) and careful selection of Oloroso and infused with elegantly blended aromas of flowers, fruit, roots, wood and bark.
Tasting notes: Bright mahogany in colour, its bouquet is a blend of aromas from the maceration of wine, fruit and plants which produce a pleasant, constant homogenous whole. Very pleasing on the palate, is taste is low in acidity, sweet and slightly bitter.
